But with an exponentially growing customer base, we faced a challenge: how to scale our human-first approach to customer success? We’ll share tips and lessons learned about: how our Community evolved throughout the years into the scale engine for our customer support that it is today our decision to bring Community under the Customer Education umbrella how we built a one-stop shop digital hub, the “Meeting point”, to scale our customer success.
