This session explores how customer education programs can drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth by keeping learners engaged throughout their journey. Using real-world examples, attendees will learn how to design engagement as a series of intentional touchpoints, re-engage stalled learners with empathy, celebrate progress in meaningful ways, and use low-cost strategies—including gifting—to reinforce value and encourage continued participation.
