Pioneering Customer Success in Life Sciences During a Global Pandemic
Jeff Ventimiglia, SVP Customer Experience, Medidata - In this session, we will discuss how Medidata successfully implemented a customer success model to support vaccine developers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We’ll discuss how CS principles and the use of CX tools (including Gainsight) drove more efficient clinical trials and supported the approval of 2 of 3 COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States. Through this success, Medidata has been able to drive a more community-based approach to customer interactions that will continue to create efficiencies in Life Sciences development.
