Every time we encounter biases in our workplaces, we are faced with deciding on how to approach them. Do we deny they exist, maintain the status quo, or embrace diversity and inclusion? Although we know inclusive cultures have collaborative teams that drive increased business performance, it's not obvious how to address the gaps in the talent pipeline or microaggressions in everyday work situations.
