Great products are great because of the teams that build them. But what makes a Product team great and how do you build and motivate one? In this session, learn how to build a diverse product team (and why it matters), what actually makes a product team successful, and how to keep PMs in love with the problem they’re solving so they feel motivated to tackle it each and every day.
