Over the course of five years, Slido's Customer Success team has gone from supporting 1200 paying users to over 160,000. Plus there's the free users and those who receive Slido's Enterprise plan through their Webex subscription. In 2017, Slido's customer success strategy was exclusively driven by people, something which quickly became untenable for a product led growth business like theirs. Having joined Slido as one of their first CSMs in 2016 and as leader of their Customer Success department since 2018, Jo will share the steps they took to reach the digital led strategy they have today.
