The PayPal Customer Success Team is back for this year’s Pulse Conference to pick-up on last year’s session, “Customer Success in Real Time”! In 2022, PayPal explained how their Global CS Group drives outcomes for top merchants by adapting a SaaS methodology to their transaction-based business. This year, PayPal’s CS leaders will further expand on “winning alongside the merchant” through their multi-faceted approach to protect revenue and turn friction points into internal advocacy.
