Jamf is powered by a team of ten CS Ops Managers who specialize in architecture and engineering along with feature specific areas within Gainsight. During this session Linnea Olson, Manager of Global Customer Operations, and Sagan Sherlin, Customer Operations Engineer, will illustrate how growing your CS Ops team will allow you to provide a more feature-rich Gainsight instance that empowers customer-facing and internal teams.
