Maeve Dorman - PayPal Merchant Success Story Maeve Dorman is PayPal’s Senior Vice President of ‘Customer Success Management, Revenue Operations and Enablement.’ The CSM team look after PayPal’s top merchants globally and the Operations and Enablement team service all the sales organisation driving process improvements and providing training. Today PayPal has been at the forefront of the digital payment revolution for over 20 years. The PayPal platform empowers more than 377m active accounts and a growing number of commerce enabling features and acquisitions (Venmo, Honey, Zettle and Hyperwallet to name a few) helping merchants reach our broad userbase of consumers.
