Community-Driven Impact: How To Prove and Improve Community Value

Session Abstract

Too many organisations struggle to prove the value of their community. They’re not sure what their north star should be or how to measure the incredible value they create. Many of the methodologies do nothing more than show if a metric is going up or down. In this talk, I’ll explain the different methods of measuring the ROI, the pros and cons of each method, and which method works best for which organisations. This talk will showcase an array of new approaches to improve a community and introduce the concept of 'Community-Driven Impact' - a quick, adaptable, and easily implementable method to prove the value of your community.
